Hey everyone!! It’s a destination wedding!! We are so excited to celebrate with all the people we love the most. We understand this is not a cheap trip and isn’t easy to accomplish especially for larger families. Please check out our Q&A section!
Sometime in the late 90's was when we first crossed paths with each other. We played hide and seek and jumped on the neighborhood kid's trampoline. We did not get along with each other at first. I was the tom boy that just had to prove I was tough. Nate was Willy's annoying nephew that kept squirting me with squirt guns and throwing rocks at me.
Fast forward about 10 years. Nate moved back from Jersey. I was a junior in high school and Nate was a freshman. He came up to me and said what's up, hardly recognizable because he had grown 3 feet. I couldn't believe he was Willy's nephew. He started coming over to my lunch table where I sat with my friends and randomly sparking up conversation. We would cut up through lunch but that was it.
Fast forward again about 3 years and we crossed paths for the real beginning of our story. We both hung out at Tyler's house daily and started getting to know each other better. It started as a friendship until Nates first attempt at asking me to be his girlfriend. I told him I was sure he didn't like me like that and that he just enjoyed my company. A week later he was asking again. I decided to give it a chance.
Fourteen years later and we are finally planning the wedding of our dreams. It wasn't a perfect journey. It hasn't always been an easy one, but how blessed we are to be where we are today. As parents of a beautiful brilliant little girl that we both adore. Having grown so much as individuals and together. We can not wait to celebrate this day with our family and friends that have been there with us through the past 14 years. Prayers for our special day and a life of love and happiness together.
